You can now MAKE YOUR PICKS in the 2013 Chippens NCAA Tournament Challenge. As always, entry is totally free, and there are great prizes for the winners! First place gets a custom Chippens t-shirt (see below), second place gets a bumper sticker, and third place gets a fridge magnet. Deadline is noon eastern, 11 a.m. central this Thursday, March 21.
